Writing and Soul Tending with Janna Brayman

We are more powerful than we realize. The challenge is to make time to silence the outside world, for just a moment, so we can listen deeply to ourselves and our lives. This is self-love in action. This is the path of reflection, creativity, growth, and transformation.During this writing happy hour (and a half) for both writers and non-writers, we will pause life to listen to that still, small wellspring of wisdom within as it emerges and materializes on the page in front of us. You will leave our writing experience with less stress, greater clarity, self-connection, and peace, armed with everything you need to write and tend your soul every day for the rest of your life if you choose. You will also leave amazed at the reflection of yourself and your life looking back at you.Each workshop is independent–show up for one, two, or all–and will be $50 for a 1 1/2 hour writing experience guaranteed to give you a monthly lift of inspiration, reflection, and soul-tending through the exquisite art of writing. You do not need to be a ModernWell member to attend.During this once-monthly workshop for both writers and non-writers, we will use “writing mantras” designed to hone into the voice of our souls and cultivate mindfulness, anxiety management, clarity, healing, and power while supporting our mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health and well-being.Workshops are designed to give you a gust of inspiration, reflection, and soul-tending through the art of writing.
