After a 24-year career in HR at General Mills, Stephanie re-invented her work life and is building a business that focuses on her passion:  connecting, inspiring, and empowering women.  As an African-American woman, Stephanie believes that finding the joy and advantages in what makes us similar and what makes us different is a powerful advantage that women can and should possess.  Aleesha Webb – Aleesha Webb currently is the President of Village Bank – a Twin Cities Community Bank. Spending her entire career in banking, starting as a teller and quickly rising through the ranks, Aleesha runs a successful and growing business. With 20 years of industry experience, she knows running a successful bank is more than focusing on the numbers. Aleesha is focused on the people behind the numbers – the clients. Her vision is to shape the future of community banking. She plans to do this by keeping banking personal, local, and providing products that benefits customers creating economic stability in the community Village Banks serves. Lili Hall - Lili founded KNOCK in 2001 after 14 years in brand-building and business development. Throughout those years, Lili dreamed of starting a branding and design firm that would fulfill her vision of a more perfect union of amazing design talent and insightful business acumen. In 2001, she made KNOCK a reality. As KNOCK's founder and president, Lili has grown KNOCK into a successful enterprise that continually achieves proven results for clients. Tricia Davidson - Tricia is a builder of business, brands, people and culture. She helped grow one of the nation’s most creative advertising agencies—Fallon—into an international player and was a founding partner of Duffy & Partners, a globally acclaimed brand design firm, all while working with iconic brands across industries and geographies. Now an independent consultant, Tricia guides teams in discovering meaningful ways to advance their work through strategic alignment, brand engagement and communications. Mary Welsh - Mary is Vice President, Chief Security Officer, for UnitedHealth Group, the most diversified health care company in the United States. She previously served as director of the Global Security function at St. Jude Medical. Prior to joining St. Jude Medical, Ms. Welsh served in the Federal U.S. Government, which included several international assignments in Europe and Southeast Asia. Erin Newkirk – Erin is an award-winning innovator with rich leadership in tech, consumer packaged goods, and healthcare; spanning start-ups to billion-dollar brands. One of TCB's 100 People to Know in 2019, Erin is relentless in driving recognition for the companies she champions, notably Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Brilliant Companies (Red Stamp), Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Start-Up (Bright Health), and Minne Inno's 2019 'Inno on Fire" (Local Crate). Laura Zelle - as a founding director and creative force behind Tolerance in Motion, Laura began the research and development work in 2000 by designing the core program big ideas, building the new non-profit infrastructure and recruiting resources and relationships for the project. Laura continues to play a professional leadership role in developing the mobile tour's educational content, engaging school communities to particiapte and building the Counsil of Advisors.
