Core+Cardio Blast is a short yet challenging workout which targets your core and glute muscles. A strong core can help with balance, posture and overall strength and stability. There will be short bursts of cardio woven into the class to promote fat burn and a healthy heart. Think glistening glow, not drenched in sweat... a perfect appetizer for a midday meal!
