Fit Friday Fun is a strength and conditioning class for all levels of fitness. FFF combines yoga, pilates, plyometrics and some fun cardio to not only help you build strength and muscle tone by using just your own body weight but to debunk every previously held notion you might have that exercise can't be fun! Bring athletic shoes because we may head out to the great outdoors for some ModernWell MN spring/summer outdoor fun! You will feel the results from this class after just one session!
